端午節是一個中國傳統節日，定於每年農歷五月初五。
故名思意取自端午節最著名的活動之一，龍舟。
此外，由於端午節是在農曆每年五月五日（The fifth of the fifth lunar month)，因此又名Double Fifth Festival。
亦有叫法直接音譯成Duanwu Festival。
