與報告 (Report) 一樣,大多數時候都要為建議書加上一個合適的標題,所以考生只需要緊貼題目內容,為建議書配上一個簡單易明的標題即可,不建議追求精美及花巧,以免弄巧成拙。

每逢寫作都必須注意自己的角色,以表達出最正確的語境意識。如同在寫作建議書時,需多加留意自己的地位和身份,因為多數的建議書都是從下級為上級而寫,因此語氣及表達的方式必須彬彬有禮,以免有失身份。
